Let me introduce myself, I’m Nic, owner and founder of Baked Blessings.

My love for baking started at a young age. My brother and I would make fairy cakes, rice krispie buns and pancakes with my mum. We followed recipes from books filled with butter stains and made batter using my Granny Mawhinney’s old stand mixer which was so loud, you had to shout to hear each other speak when it was turned on. Thank goodness for the progression of technology...right?!

Nowadays you can find me in our home kitchen with mixers on full pelt and ovens filled to the brim working on dozens of orders each week to help you celebrate your special events.

When I’m not in the kitchen baking, I am scrolling Pinterest for home decor ideas or hosting friends and family for games nights, BBQs and parties.

I love all things geometric and gold (you only have to walk into my house or look at my business branding to figure that).

I am married to my wonderful husband Andrew who has quickly become a (not so silent) partner in my business, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Before Baked Blessings, I was a Social Worker. I loved what I did and the privilege it was to journey alongside people struggling with addiction but, ultimately felt the call to build Baked Blessings and watch what God could do with it!

To date, we have made hundreds of cakes, become an award winning business and been featured in multiple blogs and magazines.

We couldn’t do this without you! Thank you so much for all your love and support throughout the years! I look forward to celebrating  with you all for many more years to come!
